(NYSE: APTS) (“PAC” or the “Company”) will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) virtually due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and to support the health and well-being of its stockholder, associates, directors, and the community. Attending the Virtual Annual Meeting

If you were a stockholder on April 5, 2021, the record date for the Annual Meeting, and have your 15-digit control number, you may participate in and vote your shares at the Annual Meeting by following the instructions available on Stockholders may find the control number on their proxy card or notice of internet availability. Voting Shares at the Virtual Meeting

Whether or not stockholders plan to attend the meeting, they are encouraged to vote their shares prior to the meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials. Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, your vote is important and we encourage you to vote promptly.

Stockholders who have already voted prior to the meeting do not need to vote again at the meeting.
